Wordize Log In Error to Purchase

I’m currently unable to log into the Wordize application. When I try to sign in, I receive the following error message:

"We are sorry… An internal server error has occurred”

This has been happening repeatedly, and I haven’t been able to access my account. Could you please look into this issue and advise me on how to proceed?

@jvargas We have answered the question via e-mail. Please try the “Forgot Password” option once again, as we’ve refreshed the system to ensure password recovery emails are delivered successfully.
